The control of spin current is pivotal for spintronic applications, especially spin-orbit torque devices. Spin Hall effect (SHE) a prevalent method to generate current. However, it difficult manipulate its polarization in nonmagnet. Recently, the discovery ferromagnet offers opportunity realize manipulation. In present work, van der Waals Fe3GeTe2 (FGT) with varying magnetization theoretically investigated. It has been observed that FGT presents nonlinear behavior respect magnetization. in-plane and out-of-plane emerges simultaneously, bilayer can even exhibit arbitrary thanks reduced symmetry. More intriguingly, correlation between anomalous (AHE) (SAHE) interpreted from aspect Berry curvature. This work illustrates interplay symmetry magnetism effectively magnitude current, providing practical exotic torques.
